Aberystwyth Acroyoga
Llanbadarn Church Hall, Aberystwyth, weekly
Sundays 6 pm – 7.30pm : All levels, weekly class – we’ll take you through some moves, strengthen techniques and play with bringing them together in fun transitions and flows. Beginners, improvers and everyone else welcome!
Sundays 7.30 – 9pm: Jam/ play-time – practice moves from the class or just join us and play with whatever you feel like and we’ll be on hand to help/ inspire and spot.
Come and join us in the joy of playing about balancing on each other 🙂
Acroyoga is a high-contact activity. After so long being starved of touch it might feel a bit strange to do acroyoga, but be encouraged, it’s the perfect antidote for isolation and the perfect time to get more hugs in. We are taking general sensible measures like telling you now, please stay away or take a test if you have any inkling of Covid symptoms.
