Surprisingly accessible with plenty of options to level up for peeps with experience, laughter-inducing, sneakily a work-out, courage building, and a perrrfect way to make new friends 
This is a monthly, friendly, supportive gathering that we are honoured to be supporting for our friends Queer Glow Acro. It runs something like this:
2.30 pm – 4.15 pm – class – we’ll warm you up and teach you some postures and transition moves that can link up in a flow.
TEA, CAKE and chatter break
4.30 pm – 5.30 pm- jam – optional free play time. Practice what you just learnt or something else entirely, with spotters, cheering on and advice available as needed.
You don’t need a partner to come with, but you’re always welcome to bring friends!

Tuesdays 6-7.30pm, St Mary’s Parish Hall
All levels, weekly class – we’ll take you through some warm-up and strengthening moves, practice some partner acro postures, and play with bringing them together in fun transitions and flows. Beginners, improvers, and everyone else, welcome!
Come and join us in the joy of playing about balancing on each other 🙂 There’s time for some free play/ jamming afterwards too.
