Kick off the New Year with a wholesome adventure! Join us for a weekend filled with movement, new friends, nutritious food, laughter, relaxation, and play. We’ll be nestled for two days in the beautiful hills between Carmarthen and Llandeilo, immersing ourselves in acroyoga and other delightful activities. Last year’s day retreat was such an incredible experience with this amazing group that we decided to double the fun—allowing us even more time to fully enjoy everything together. 🙂

This time there’ll be acroyoga workshops with Sam and Bongo plus guest teachers and bonus classes with, Chris Clayton-Jones and Alice Milner!

Saturday 11th Jan

• 09:00 – Arrivals, tea coffee etc.
• 10:00 – Warm up
• 10:30 – 12:30 – Acro flow with Sam and Bongo
• 12:30 – 14:15 – Scrumptious Lunch
• 14:15 – 15:00 – Handstands
• 15;00 – 16:30 – Acro with Chris and Alice
• 16:30 – 17:00 – Very appealing Afternoon Tea break
• 17:00 – 19:00 – Jam time, sauna, hot tub, etc.
• 19:00 – Delicious DINNER,
• After dinner – Jam, chat, games, chill, sleep

Sunday 12th Jan

• 08:00 – 09:00 – Morning Yoga with Alice
• 09:00 – 10:00 – Hearty Breakfast
• 10:30 – 12:30 – Acro Flow part 2 Sam and Bongo
• 12:30 – 14:15 – Lovely lunch
• 14:15 – 16:00 – Acro for addicts, or an exquisite walk in the beautiful countryside
• 16:00 – 16:30 – Very refreshing break, snack, etc
• 16:30 – 17:30 – Aerial taster
• 17:30 – closing circle
• 17:40 – Sauna, chill, chat, goodbyes.

Healthy food will be cooked for us by Kingola’s Kitchen the whole weekend.

The deal

This is a boutique, special treat with limited places, meaning you’ll get some real quality time with teachers and new and old friends. The rooms are a beautiful, shared affair.

The whole weekend is £260. It’s all inclusive:

• acro workshops
• 3 other movement classes
• lovely lunches, snacks and refreshment breaks
• sauna, hot tub, plunge pool sessions
• an amazing dinner
• bed and breakfast

We’re trying to keep it simple with the pricing while offering flexibility… We ask for a £75 deposit to secure your spot. If you are local and want to come for the two days but sleep at home, that’s also very welcome, such a ticket would be £180, same £75 deposit.

If you are new to acro and aren’t sure but think it sounds good, then please get in touch, you don’t need to bring a partner or experience with you, but both are welcome!
