This list was started by Alyson Tylor who taught yoga in Aberystwyth for many years. It is now maintained here with kind permission. It covers all known yoga classes in Aberystwyth and the surrounding area.

If you are confused by this very long list and don’t know which class would be suitable for you, contact us and we’ll be more than happy to recommend the ones we think would be best for your needs, level etc.
