Beginners Acroyoga Course Aberystwyth

Starting Sunday 19th March

Get ready to defy your expectations and have some fun! Join us for a six-week acroyoga course starting Sunday, March 19th, from 5 pm to 6:30 pm at Llanbadarn Church Hall.

Acroyoga is an exciting and collaborative way to connect with your body and other people. Our classes will not only make you laugh but also help you build trust, make friends, get fitter, and more flexible. In this foundation course, we’ll take you through the basics of flying, basing, swirling, and hanging around upside down. Expect to learn partner drills, acro yoga positions, poses, and how to get in and out of them, as well as spotting skills, therapeutic partner stretches, and massage.

Don’t worry if you’ve never tried acroyoga before or you feel like you’re not strong or flexible enough. Our course is open to everyone, regardless of your experience or ability. You can come with or without a partner, and we’ll be playing in groups of three or more.

Acroyoga can be addictive, so be warned! By the end of our course, you’ll be ready to join regular classes, jam sessions, or exciting acro events happening in and outside of West Wales.

Don’t miss out on the fun and teamwork that acroyoga offers. Come and surprise yourself with what you can achieve!
